How do I invest in Sedgman?

When are dividends paid?
Dividend payments to shareholders are made twice yearly at the discretion of management, subject to available profits, the level of borrowings, working capital and other considerations. Any interim dividend is expected to be paid annually in March, and any final dividend paid annually in September. To ensure entitlement to the dividend, registration of ownership must be completed prior to the record date. Details of dividend payment dates are available at the Investor Calendar.
How do I get an annual taxation statement of dividends?

How do I change my address/bank details?
To change your address or banking details, send written authorisation to the share registry quoting your securityholder reference number (SRN) or holder identification number (HIN) and sign your request.

Does Sedgman have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?
Sedgman's dividend policy is to distribute between 40% and 60% of net profit after tax in the form of dividends, subject to the discretion of Directors. Sedgman commenced a dividend reinvestment plan beginning with the March interim dividend.

How do I obtain an Annual Report?
Sedgman's Annual Report is published on our Website each October. Shareholders will not receive a hard copy unless they have requested to do so. Requests to receive a hard copy may be made by contacting the share registry.
